CDL Fleet Detailer & Bus Washer
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
RMA Worldwide is seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Bus Detailer / Washer & Fleet Support Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in keeping our fleet clean, safe, and ready for service.
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, shuttle buses, transit vehicles, and 56-passenger motorcoaches. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced transportation environment.
What You'll Do
  • Wash, vacuum, sanitize, and detail fleet vehicles
  • Clean and maintain sedans, SUVs, vans, shuttle buses, and motorcoaches
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report damage or maintenance concerns
  • Fuel vehicles and assist with daily fleet readiness
  • Safely move vehicles throughout company property
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Assist with facility cleanliness and organization
  • Support fleet and operations teams with special projects as needed
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and customer-ready before service

Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class B License with Air Brake Endorsement required
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Experience
  • Vehicle detailing or fleet washing experience
  • Experience with buses, motorcoaches, or commercial vehicles
  • Transportation, fleet, maintenance, facilities, or automotive experience
  • Experience fueling and moving commercial vehicles
