Job description

VIP Bus Ambassador

Provides a safe, seamless, and engaging VIP bus experience for guests traveling to and from the property. Prepares supplies, sets up the bus, and ensures all logistics are in place for each trip.

Delivers exceptional guest service onboard, including serving refreshments, assisting guests, and creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere. Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting Caesars Rewards, property events, and VIP offerings.

Coordinates guest arrival and check-in upon return to the property and partners with VIP Services and Front Desk to ensure a smooth transition. Communicates guest feedback and resolves issues as needed to support a consistently high level of service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  • Handles all bus trip duties from double-checking trip supplies to loading and unloading office and bus supplies, to occasionally picking up supplies from outside vendors and delivering and picking up items from other departments while on property.
  • Serves continental breakfast, hot coffee, cocktails, snacks, and refreshments. Calls Bingo, passes out informational flyers and attends to the guests' needs while the on the bus trip to the property.
  • Plays in a movie for the guests on the Bus trip back from the property.
  • Upon arrival at property ensures hotel reservations and check-in are in order; hands guests off to VIP Services or the Hotel Front Desk for continued excellent guest experience for remainder of event/visit.
  • Acts as a spokesperson for the Northern Nevada VIP Bus Program, Caesars Rewards and the Caesars Brand.
  • Supports NNV properties by talking to the guests and promoting upcoming property events, promotions as well any pertinent info guests should be aware of regarding the Northern California VIP Bus Program to increase visitation.
  • Acts as liaison, communicating guest information and feedback to the Northern California VIP Bus Program Coordinators and Regional Director as well as to property management to ensure and maintain excellent guest relations, consistency and to alleviate potential problems.
  • Maintains exceptionally high standard of courtesy, professionalism and discretion in all guest communications and interactions.
  • Provides superior guest service using Customer Service skills, Spotlight behaviors and personalized service.
  • Solves guest service issues and complaints within established guidelines and under the direction of the Regional Manager.
  • Trouble-shoots problems that may arise during the bus trip as well as when they are on property.
  • Demonstrates an upbeat, pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
  • Must complete (via computer) annual or semiannual mandatory training and performance reviews.
What You Will Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Literate and fluent in English
  • 21+ years of age
  • Possess basic computer skills, regular access to a device
  • Ability to deal effectively with guests with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations

  • Ability to speak on a microphone addressing up to 45 people at a time
  • Ability to maintain strict confidence regarding all information concerning Caesars

  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Additional requirements include the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (4 hours), be able-bodied, lift 15 lbs., serve food and beverages while on a moving bus without getting motion sickness, vertigo or other adverse reactions, have visual and auditory range including immediate environment, operate a computer and other necessary office equipment, push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel, navigate between two properties, grasp, finger dexterity, use repetitive hand motion, work in a noisy environment, and be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.
