What you will be doing:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate Front Office associates while fostering a positive, engaging team culture.

  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and staffing levels to meet service standards.

  • Develop and implement training programs to support associate growth and operational excellence.

  • Manage reservations, front office systems, inventory, scheduling, and departmental budgets to maximize revenue.

  • Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring service scores and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, providing guidance, direction, and operational updates.

  • Implement corporate programs and standards, including Hilton Honors, marketing initiatives, and brand compliance.

  • Conduct daily operations oversight, including pre-shift meetings, room inspections, guest service support, and cross-department collaboration.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of leadership, supervisory or management experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Hotel Operations, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel environment.

  • Previous knowledge of Hilton systems highly preferred as well experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and general computer proficiency.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English Language in order to communicate with guests and associates.

  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to develop and implement best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to remain guest-focused at all times.
