Job description

Bus Line Assembly Worker (Assembler)- Pay up to $16.40/hr, Indianapolis, IN.

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)

Pay: up to $16.40

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble seat cushions and backrests according to specifications
  • Install vinyl coverings on seats and backrests
  • Use hand tools to attach seat components
  • Perform boxing and packaging of finished products
  • Lift and move materials (team lift for heavier items)
  • Rotate between assembly stations throughout the shift
  • Follow production instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized
Required Qualifications
  • Proven reliability and good attendance
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using hand tools
  • Assembly or production experience
  • Automotive assembly experience
  • Ability to read basic instructions or blueprints.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.40 - $16.40/hr.
