What does a bus driver training instructor do?

A Bus Driver Training Instructor is responsible for teaching new and existing bus drivers how to operate buses safely and efficiently. They provide both classroom instruction on traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies, as well as behind-the-wheel training. Their goal is to ensure all drivers meet regulatory standards and can provide safe transportation for passengers.
