CDL Driver w/Passenger Endorsement, DOT Physical

Drives HGV guests to and from their tour between the Hilton Grand Vacation Company (HGVC) locations, local Hilton Hotels and any other locations as necessary.

  • Act as a Las Vegas tour guide and give details regarding Las Vegas to guests, giving them a positive experience during their transportation.
  • Flexible with the constant changes in department day to day routines
  • Meet and greet guests at specific locations and take them to the vehicle for transportation
  • Must know the Las Vegas strip area and Freemont Street area
  • Must know all the strip hotels and Freemont Street Hotel locations
  • Must know how to navigate the major roads and back roads during peak traffic time.
  • Give outstanding customer service to guests while in their care including but not limited to taking souvenir photographs of the guests.
  • Responsible for courier duties as needed to pick up mail and distribute to accurate locations.
  • Capable of lifting, bending, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, sitting, twisting, grasping, reaching.
  • Fill in as host when needed
  • Capable of communicating with Transportation radios, phone, and working on computers, iPads.
  • Assist with dropping off and picking up vehicles for maintenance
  • Flexible with working special events and transporting VIPs.
  • Flexible and capable of driving all work vehicles
  • Responsible for completing Vehicle Condition report, pre tri and post trip
  • Daily cleaning up vehicles pre shift, and throughout the day, including but not limited to, wiping down, cleaning windows, sweeping, vacuum.
  • Must be organized and able to multitask
  • Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays, overtime and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
  • Capable of taking and passing CPR/ first aid class
  • Lives up to Hilton standards of professional appearance and Hygiene

Carries out reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
