Barback:

Duties are to assist the bartender and, at times, servers to ensure prompt service to our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Pre bus tables, bar tops, maintain table cleanliness, bus tables
  • Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
  • Change kegs, stock beer, wine and liquors
  • Cut fruit, fill mixers and remove trash
  • Keep all ice bins full and maintain cleanliness
  • Keep floors free from debris and clean

Food Runner:

Duties are to maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas. Must possess physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours. It is the Food Runner's job to ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold, adhere to timing standards for products and services and serve the guests in an accommodating manner. The ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
