Food & Beverage - Bus Help (Casual/On-Call)

Role Overview:

The Food & Beverage Bus Help at The Club at Kukui'ula plays a crucial role in supporting the Food & Beverage Server in delivering exceptional service to members and guests. This position entails serving and clearing food and beverage items in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner across various Food & Beverage outlets and during Banquets. The primary responsibility of the Food & Beverage Bus Help is to ensure timely and attentive service, consistently monitoring guest needs and promptly fulfilling their requests. Additionally, this role may involve assisting in the setup of special event function areas, which includes moving tables, chairs, dance floor, and risers. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physical ability to assist with event setup and moving furniture if required
