Familiarity with bus safety procedures, communication systems, and sometimes specialized training for working with students with disabilities is typically required. Patience, strong communication, and a calm demeanor are essential soft skills for managing student behavior and ensuring a positive environment. These skills are crucial for maintaining safety, order, and a supportive atmosphere during student transportation.
