Telecommunications Operations | Field Coordination | Construction Support

SUMMARY: Next Solutions is seeking a highly organized and motivated Drop Bury Administrator, Field Operations Coordinator, Dispatch Coordinator, Telecommunications Administrator, and Construction Support Coordinator to support day-to-day field operations in the Novi, Michigan market.

This position serves as a critical link between field technicians, customers, and operational leadership by coordinating work orders, scheduling technicians, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from assignment through completion.

As field support needs fluctuate, this role may also provide assistance with drop bury operations in the field, creating opportunities for additional earnings and hands-on industry experience.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, coordinating field operations, supporting customers, and contributing to the success of a growing telecommunications organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Schedule technicians and maintain project timelines

  • Enter, update, and maintain job information in company systems
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and administrative support activities
  • Support field technicians by coordinating schedules and helping resolve operational issues

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous administrative, customer service, dispatch, scheduling, operations, or coordinator experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business applications
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting field operations, service teams, construction projects, or telecommunications teams preferred

  • Occasional travel to field locations may be required.
  • The typical schedule is 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to support operational demands as needed.
