Do you have a passion for connecting with people and serving delicious beverages and pastries? Then our Barista/Counter team member position would be a great opportunity for you! As a Barista/Counter Team Member you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with a distinctive bakery and café experience.

A Barista/Counter Team Members make approximately $600-800 a week.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:

  • Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and providing them with a genuine connection
  • Coordinating and assisting other team members to meet all guest's needs and support the bakery operations
  • Crafting espresso beverages and providing exceptional knowledge on all Best Buns items
