Overview
The Premium Services Concierge at the PeoplesBank Arena will serve as the primary point of contact for premium guests during events, including Hartford Wolf Pack games, UConn Athletics (basketball and hockey), and concerts. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional and seamless experience for premium clients across our Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats. Concierges are expected to consistently deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. As part of the Premium Services team, this position plays a key role in enhancing the game day and event experience within our premium spaces.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner throughout the event experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the premium seating locations.
  • Educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and game day or event-specific information.
  • Partner closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure all guest needs are met during events.
  • Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure all premium areas (Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats) are clean, stocked, and event-ready.
  • Proactively identify and report any service issues or guest concerns to appropriate personnel for quick resolution.
  • Monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces, including TVs, video walls, and sound systems.
  • Assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations with appropriate support.
  • Uphold all safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure and comfortable environment.
  • Support the setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events.
  • Collaborate with fellow Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive and efficient team environment.
  • Complete additional assignments or special projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and service-oriented with a natural ability to connect with guests.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event environments preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing event needs and maintain composure during busy or challenging situations.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
