- Conduct business and data analysis to develop actionable, policy-aligned recommendations that meet client needs.
- Research and apply relevant program policies, procedures, enterprise strategies, and governing directives.
- Edit and quality-control draft correspondence and materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and proper formatting.
- Support successful project execution by assisting with scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Serve as a liaison among technical, functional, and non-functional stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate changes to business processes, policies, and associated lifecycle artifacts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 6-12 years of experience analyzing, reviewing, and documenting project requirements and performing business and data analysis in support of federal programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and lifecycle artifacts.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including drafting and quality-controlling written materials for clarity and compliance.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification preferred.
