Position Summary:
Brock Built, a leading homebuilder in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our Atlanta team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, your goal is to serve as a trusted advisor during the home buying sales process by assisting buyers through what can be an overwhelming process.
A current Real Estate license and prior real estate experience are required. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to the table. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceptional customer service with excellent listening and follow-up skills that build trust and deliver results.
Job Functions:
  • Drive the Brock Built sales process and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Engage with new prospects, follow-up with interested prospects throughout the sales and building process
  • Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow-up with customers under contract
  • Become a community subject matter expert (SME) in areas such as schools, utilities, shopping, tax information, etc., to better meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the realtor community
  • Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members
  • Understanding and communicating the loan process
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays required
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
  • Proven closing/negotiating skills
  • 2+ years of experience in high-end sales; previous new home sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great listening skills amp; creative problem-solving abilities
  • A proven background in prospecting
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Marketing strategies
  • A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
  • Commitment to integrity
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and manage time well
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a sense of urgency with evening/weekend work as needed
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
