Position Summary:
Brock Built, a leading homebuilder in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our Atlanta team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, your goal is to serve as a trusted advisor during the home buying sales process by assisting buyers through what can be an overwhelming process.
A current Real Estate license and prior real estate experience are required. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to the table. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceptional customer service with excellent listening and follow-up skills that build trust and deliver results.
Job Functions:
- Drive the Brock Built sales process and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Engage with new prospects, follow-up with interested prospects throughout the sales and building process
- Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow-up with customers under contract
- Become a community subject matter expert (SME) in areas such as schools, utilities, shopping, tax information, etc., to better meet the needs of our clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with the realtor community
- Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members
- Understanding and communicating the loan process
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays required
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Proven closing/negotiating skills
- 2+ years of experience in high-end sales; previous new home sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills amp; creative problem-solving abilities
- A proven background in prospecting
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Marketing strategies
- A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
- Commitment to integrity
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task and manage time well
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a sense of urgency with evening/weekend work as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
