Job Title: Building/Construction Supply Chain - Project Manager Location: Merritt Island FL Type: Contract / On-site Compensation: starts at $81 per hour

We are seeking a Building/Construction Supply Chain Project Manager to support supply chain operations and ensure materials, inventory, and production requirements are effectively managed. This role is responsible for overseeing operational supply chain activities and driving process improvements to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational supply chain activities of the organization. • Manage tasks related to production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, price setting, vendor selection, and distribution. • Monitor the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and completed merchandise to ensure production needs and customer expectations are met. • Collect data and prepare analyses designed to forecast demand and predict inventory requirements. • Maintain contact with vendors and submit purchase orders or requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods. • Evaluate existing supply chain processes and implement changes as necessary to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing operational supply chain activities. • Experience with production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, and distribution processes. • Ability to monitor material flow and support production and customer requirements. • Strong analytical skills with experience collecting and analyzing data to forecast demand and inventory needs. • Experience maintaining vendor relationships and managing purchase orders or requisitions. • Ability to evaluate and improve supply chain processes and performance.
