Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location:Cleveland, OH

Role Overview:
Field-based Mobile Engineer responsible for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems maintenance across assigned facilities. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, repair work, and maintaining building uptime through preventive and reactive maintenance.

What youll do:

  • Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and building equipment issues
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks on facility systems
  • Handle general building maintenance (lighting, fixtures, structural repairs, etc.)
  • Respond to breakdowns and urgent facility issues
  • Perform routine inspections of building systems
  • Complete work orders and document all maintenance activity
  • Support vendors and outside contractors when needed
  • Maintain compliance with all safety procedures
