Position Summary
TheFacilities and Maintenance coordinator plays a key role in ensuring themaintenance and upkeep of our venue, including repairs, carpentry work,painting, and general maintenance tasks.


Overview of Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance tasksthroughout the venue, including but not limited to:

Carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing furniture, andinstalling fixtures

Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed

Plumbing repairs and minor electrical work

HVAC system maintenance and filter replacements

Flooring repairs

General maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety ofthe venue

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenanceneeds and safety hazards and address them quickly

Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensurethey are properly stored and maintained

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenanceactivities and ensure minimal disruption to operations

Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safeworking environment for yourself and others

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role, preferablyin a commercial or hospitality setting

Strong carpentry skills and experience with woodworking toolsand equipment

Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of paintingmaterials and products

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meetdeadlines

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work invarious environmental conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
