Job Description
Quality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician.We are seeking a versatile worker that can adapt well and thrive in various environments.
Responsibility:
Report to Janitorial and/or Repairs Department managers daily for assigned tasks.
Janitorial Aspect of Position:
• You will be performing specialty cleaning jobs.
• Fill in for janitorial personnel during times of absence.
• Floor technician experience preferred but not required.
Warehouse Aspect of Position:
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Will be asked to offload incoming freight.
• Load and unload equipment for repairs and rentals.
• Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.
• Clean and stock shelves.
• Move and organize inventory items.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs
• Be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude
• Great attendance
