Start a Career That Matters – No Experience Needed

Rex Environmental is hiring motivated, hands-on individuals who want more than just a job. We’ll train you, pay for your certifications, and support your growth every step of the way.
Whether your background is in construction, maintenance, delivery, military service, or customer support — if you're reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn, we want to meet you.
About Rex Environmental

We’re a fast-growing, values-driven company specializing in asbestos, mold, and lead testing throughout Colorado. Our mission is rooted in safety, service, and growth — for both our clients and our team members.
We believe in promoting from within, delivering top-tier customer service, and building meaningful careers for people who care about doing quality work.
What You’ll Do

  • Travel throughout Denver Metro and surrounding areas to perform asbestos, mold, and lead inspections
  • Collect samples and follow state-regulated testing protocols

  • Communicate professionally with contractors, property owners, and teammates
  • Operate independently once trained — manage your schedule and represent Rex in the field
  • Use mobile apps and tools to complete accurate, detailed reports

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re comfortable with physical work (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, tight spaces)
  • You’re a clear communicator with a respectful, professional attitude
  • You’re confident using smartphones and apps, and you learn quickly
  • You take pride in your work, are punctual, and want to grow
This Role Is a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

  • Construction, general labor, or handyman work
  • Home inspections or property maintenance
  • Delivery driving, field service, or trades-based roles
  • Military or other physically active service roles
Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions (outdoors, tight or elevated spaces)
  • Willing to complete certification training (we pay for this!)
  • Able to pass a background check

What We Offer

  • Full paid training and certification support

  • Company vehicle and gas card (after training period)
  • Advancement opportunities into senior roles or other departments
  • Supportive, team-based culture with clear systems
  • Uniforms, tools, and equipment provided
Apply now to start a rewarding career with Rex Environmental — no experience needed, just the drive to succeed.
