Required Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in general office management services including answering and directing phone calls, organize and schedule meetings and appointments, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, and develop and maintain a filing system, and providing general support to visitors.
- Demonstrated experience with HR policies and procedures, communicates with coworkers and assist with problem resolution.
-Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products, organizing and building project management documentation, and assisting Program and Project Manager with variety of administrative tasks.
