Role Overview

Manages projects involving multiple interfaces or initiatives, or one larger project affecting two businesses or functional areas. Responsible for managing scope, schedule, and cost changes using approved project management methodologies and change control processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation through close
  • Develop project plans, forecasts, and schedules
  • Gather requirements using structured techniques (planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups, etc.)
  • Maintain work breakdown structures, budgets, communication plans, and risk plans
  • Communicate plans and align stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, manage changes, and implement corrective actions
  • Mitigate risks and ensure project delivery
  • Lead and support project teams; improve team performance
  • Ensure compliance with company risk and regulatory standards
  • Maintain internal control standards and audit compliance
  • Support larger initiatives under senior leadership

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree + minimum 3 years project management / project analysis / general management experience
    OR
  • Combined 5 years education and/or work experience including:
    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
    • Minimum 2 years project management experience
  • Proficiency with standard computer and project management tools
