In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Deliver high-quality skilled work by using the right tools, equipment, and techniques to meet manufacturing standards with minimal supervision.
• Maximize equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve uptime.
• Strengthen safety on the floor by following HSE protocols, using PPE, and proactively identifying and addressing hazards.
• Improve product quality by adhering to specifications, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work meets craftsmanship standards.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, solving problems, and contributing ideas to enhance processes and material flow.
• Enhance operational efficiency by accurately documenting maintenance activities and providing feedback to improve preventive maintenance systems.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to resolve issues, share knowledge, and meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while staying flexible to take on additional tasks that support overall business success.
