THRYVE Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes

  • Fostering a culture of excellent patient care, encouraging collaboration and open communication among staff members

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports

  • Providing leadership and guidance to facility managers and staff, ensuring proper training and development
