Job overview:

We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects, specifically K-12 educational facilities for our Building Division. As a Superintendent, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and ensure high-quality results while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.


Our Southern UT division spans from the Cedar City area to the boarder of AZ, as well we boarder to boarder East and West.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct internal crews along with subcontractors
  • Procure materials and equipment
  • Oversee safety aspects
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments
  • Ensure high-quality results
  • Manage production, logistics, and site work
  • Coordinate inspections with city officials

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience (K-12 educational facilities preferred)
  • Experience with projects averaging $30M or more (preferred)
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Understanding of subcontractor scopes
  • Supervisory experience (20+ individuals)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Knowledge of state and federal building codes
  • Effective communication skills (English; Spanish a plus)
  • SWPPP certification
  • Ability to direct on-site teams
  • Willingness to relocate locally (as needed)

Special Requirements: Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.
