About Us:

We’ve been serving our community for 10 years. We’re a behavior-focused company specializing in IB individuals—people who may have intense behaviors but are genuinely kind and capable. Our mission is simple: help the individuals we support be a real part of the community. That’s why we don’t just “stay in the house”—we do outings, events, and shared activities both on-premise and off-premise.

It’s a purpose driven job—and we keep the environment positive, structured, and fun.

Who We’re Looking For:You might be a great fit if you’re:

A steady, calm presence who can stay calm in a moment of crisis

Available to work on rotating weekends

A flexible team player who can work any shift when needed

Important: You don’t have to be perfect on day one. You have to be coachable, accountable, and willing to learn.

Key responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living, routines, and community integration

Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

Follow behavior support strategies and keep structure in the home

Document required information in client records (condition, behavior notes, daily living, etc.)

Transport clients to appointments, school-related needs, and community outings (company van)

Plan, purchase, prepare, and serve meals per prescribed diets

Housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, dishes, errands)

Administer medications as prescribed and follow disposal protocol

Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care as needed

Maintain a safe, clean, respectful environment

Report any suspected abuse/neglect according to required reporting procedures

SHIFT OPTIONS (We Need Flexibility)

Our individuals typically attend school/day programming—but if schedules change (no day program, no morning coverage), we run:

Morning Shift (weekends)

Mid Shift

Overnight Shift

Rotating Weekend Shifts

We’re looking for DSP's who can be flexible across shifts when needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required (Associate degree or equivalent experience welcomed)

1+ year related experience preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger company van

Paid Training- We don’t just “throw you in.” We train you.

Specific training are paid trainings

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift/carry up to 50 to 65lbs
