We supply mining, manufacturing, forestry, and industrial customers throughout British Columbia / Yukon with the products and expertise they need to keep their operations running

Job Description

You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need safely, accurately, and on time

Responsibilities include:

  • Picking and preparing customer orders
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Organizing inventory and replenishing stock
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Preparing products for customer pickup and delivery
  • Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Supporting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll begin working more directly with customers and supporting our sales team by:

  • Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Entering orders, preparing quotations, and tracking deliveries
  • Helping customers find solutions to their industrial supply needs
  • Learning product applications and industry best practices
  • Working alongside experienced Account Managers and Inside Sales professionals
  • Building the foundation for future career opportunities in industrial sales and account management
