Inside Sales/ Customer Service Associate Description

The Inside Sales/ Customer Service Associate Team takes on various responsibilities, including facilitating order placement, providing comprehensive sales information, and addressing product inquires, managing pricing details, coordinating deliveries, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.


Job Responsibilities

-Assisting customers with purchasing building materials at the customer service counter

-Expanding our customer base by prospecting and establishing relationships with existing customers

-Procuring special order items for our contractors

-Ensuring accurate and complete input of customer sale orders

-Providing guidance to customers on inventory levels and pricing

-Accurately applying cash payments

-Responding to and directing phone calls

-Managing delivery scheduling and addressing customer inquiries
