Summary:

This position operates, maintains, and trouble shoots facility utility systems including dietary equipment, chilled water, hydronic loops, electrical distribution systems, vertical lift systems, medical gases, domestic water, and sewage systems.
Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service background.

  • Three years of relevant Plant Operations and maintenance experience. Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience.

  • Computer literate in a Windows environment.

  • Knowledgeable in Building Management Systems preferred.

  • Preference given to individuals with additional license or certification.

  • High School graduation or equivalent required.

  • EPA Certificate HVAC required within 6 months of hire.

  • Universal CFC certification preferred.

  • An additional State of Texas license preferred.

  • Acceptable licenses are Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Electrician, Maintenance License, such as a TACLA/TACLB.

  • Preference given to individuals with additional license or certification.
