ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman-owned commercial cleaning company proudly serving Mid-Michigan. We're currently hiring a Cleaning Technician for a busy medical facility in Fenton, MI. You'll work alongside nurses, patients, physicians, and healthcare staff to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. While your work may happen behind the scenes, the impact it has on patient care is seen every single day.
Position Details
Location: Fenton, MI
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday
  • 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • On-call every other weekend (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Approximately 24 scheduled hours per week, plus every other weekend on-call coverage

What You'll Be Doing
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll help create a clean, safe environment by:
  • Emptying trash and replacing liners
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors and baseboards
  • Dusting vents, furniture, windowsills, fixtures, and other surfaces
  • Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, exam rooms, restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
  • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as phones, glass, chrome fixtures, door handles, and light switches
  • Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies
  • Maintaining an organized janitorial storage area
  • Locking doors and securing the facility when required
  • Reporting supply needs or minor maintenance concerns to management
  • Following site-specific procedures and healthcare sanitation standards
