Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician Duration: 6 +months . Pay Rate: $19/hr. on w2 without benefits Shift: Monday โ€“ Thursday 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 12:00 p.m. Job Description: Perform a wide range of independently managed maintenance and repair work on facilities, systems, and structures (i.e., replacement of hardware, light fixtures, baseboards, molding, appliances, etc.) Assemble, install or repair plumbing fixtures and maintain bathroom fixtures (i.e., showers, toilets, faucets, water supply and drain lines, etc.) Replace electrical switches, circuit breakers, outlets, light fixtures, and electrical appliances under supervision of DHA's Master Electrician Prepare vacant housing units for occupancy; including repair, cleaning, and interior painting and general maintenance, etc. Repair or replace doors, door hardware, locks, cabinets, windows, flooring, roofing, pipe systems and more
