Job description

Essential Functions:
  • Calibrates, cleans, and performs preventive maintenance on CNC milling equipment, 3D scanners, and 3D printers.
  • Observes mechanical devices in operation utilizing precision measuring and testing instruments in order to locate source of problem.
  • Rigs and moves production equipment throughout the shop.
  • Installs and sets up new equipment as needed.
  • Maintains and repairs commercial and/or residential buildings and properties, exterior structures, and related fixtures.
  • Identifies and corrects building and equipment problems.
  • Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting activities to maintain buildings and equipment in safe conditions.
  • Replaces or updates inoperable or old building materials and appliances to provide a safe, comfortable working environment using various tools and materials.
  • Operates a variety of maintenance equipment including, but not limited to power hand tools, forklift, snorkel lift, and electrical diagnostic testing instruments.
  • Replaces fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications.
  • Maintains HVAC units at properties; troubleshoots and repairs as necessary.
  • Orders materials as needed.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs CNC mill/lathe machines as needed.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Pay range: $20.00-28.00 per hour
