Their duties typically include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and sometimes performing minor maintenance tasks. Janitors play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for building occupants. They may work during the day or at night, depending on the needs of the facility.
