Manager Trainee

Manager Trainee – Cleaning Operations

Saber Building Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Manager Trainee to join our growing operations team.

This is a full-time growth opportunity for someone who wants to build a leadership career in commercial cleaning operations. The Manager Trainee will learn the business from the field up by working alongside Area Supervisors, Operations Managers, cleaning teams, and company leadership.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn. You will gain hands-on experience in employee supervision, customer service, quality control, scheduling, problem-solving, and daily operations.

Compensation

Starting at $20.00 per hour

Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Learn daily cleaning operations across multiple customer locations
  • Support Area Supervisors and Operations Managers in the field
  • Assist with building inspections, quality checks, and follow-up items
  • Help support, train, and communicate with cleaning employees
  • Assist with staffing coverage, supply needs, and daily operational issues
  • Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and company leadership
  • Learn how to manage schedules, service expectations, and account needs
  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities as training progresses
  • Support a positive, reliable, and team-focused work environment

Requirements

  • Must be available to work afternoons and occasional weekends as needed
  • Strong work ethic and interest in growing into a leadership role
  • Reliable attendance and dependable follow-through
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
