We're looking for outgoing, energetic team planers to welcome members, answer questions, and deliver the ultimate fitness experience. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll set the tone for every visit - creating a friendly, professional, and motivating environment from the moment someone walks in.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and check in members, guests, and visitors.
  • Handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
  • Support club programs and member engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Interest in building a career in fitness-future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more.
