Salary:

If you have two (2) years of Roofing Experience and would like to take the next step in your career to become a certified expert, we can help!


We are currently seeking a Roofing Inspector/Project Field Technician to join our team in the Nashville, TN market.This position is considered regional however, out of market travel will be required to support other branches/markets.


Previous Roofing Experience is required, RRO or RRC certification preferred.

  • Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
  • Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
  • Producing reports based on investigations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of construction specifications.
  • Providing technical support to staff, as required.
  • Attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development.
  • Domestic and international travel required


Compensation

  • This position is Non-exempt with paid overtime and the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses.
  • The salary is competitive and generally exceeds the national average.

Qualifications

  • Experience (Required):
    • Minimum of 2-4 years actively working in the construction industry; with at least two (2) years specifically working in Roofing installation, Inspection or Consulting
  • Certification:
    • OSHA - 10
    • RRO or RRC preferred through IIBEC (Certification Assistance Available, required within 6 months of hire)
