Building Maintenance
Position Summary
As our campus grows, so do our maintenance needs! Do you want to contribute to a dynamic team that responds to the unpredictable needs of a small city on any given day? Combine your handiness and eye for aesthetics to help maintain Epic's cutting-edge facilities. As a member of our Building Maintenance team, you'll perform inspections, prepare rooms, and spearhead independent projects such as flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery and woodworking, as well as support nearly every team in the company, including Plumbing Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary. The fast-paced, creative work of the building maintenance team fuels a productive campus for our employees, resulting in happier customers and healthier patients.
Epic's 9-million-square-foot campus features 37 interconnected office buildings, each with distinctive architecture and a creative theme, as well as a state-of-the-art training facility and five-story, underground auditorium. Our campus also utilizes alternative sources of energy, including 12 MW of wind and solar energy and 15,000 tons of cooling produced by one of the largest geothermal systems in North America.
