What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

  • Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in region
  • Establishes professional familiarity of personal preferences, likes and dislikes of residents and guests
  • Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
  • May coordinate and manage the community master schedule, including moves, vendor access. Contractor activities, real estate showings, amenity reservations, and other operational events to support efficient building operations.
  • May assist with owner service requests, including access credentials, amenity reservations, service coordination, and routine inquiries, while tracking requests through completion and maintaining proactive communication with owners
  • May serve as the primary point of contact for routine owner and resident communications, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and appropriate escalation of complex matters to community leadership
  • May monitor and coordinate the community communication inbox, ensuring inquiries are acknowledged, assigned, and resolved in a timely manner to enhance the owner experience
  • May provide administrative and operational support to community leadership by coordinating routine communications, scheduling, and follow-up activities, allowing management to focus on strategic initiatives, board relations, financial oversight, and complex operational matters.
  • Communicates key updates and information to team members and management in a timely manner
  • Maintains a clean, neat, organized and orderly offices and desks at all times
  • Carefully documents the details of shift through logs and other reports for continuity
  • Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
  • Maintains a close working relationship with local police and alarm monitoring services
  • Ensures unwelcomed visitors and solicitors do not enter private residences or common areas

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
