Job description

The Corporate Concierge Admin is a seasonal customer service and administrative role responsible for supporting the Corporate Concierge team and assisting business clients with gifting and order management. In this position, you will provide exceptional service by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, gathering critical information, and ensuring a seamless experience for our corporate customers.

The Corporate Concierge Admin will strive to obtain complete and accurate information so orders can be submitted with little to no errors. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and involves contacting clients to obtain critical information needed to process order requests, answering inbound business phone lines dedicated to corporate customers, creating invoices, entering phone orders, responding to customer emails, following up with customers, and providing additional support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Concierge team by following up with clients to obtain necessary information, including:
    • Payment details
    • Gift messages and greetings
    • Recipient addresses
    • Requested ship dates
    • Additional order information required for processing
  • Process order information accurately and efficiently to minimize errors.
  • Answer inbound phone calls from Corporate Concierge clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Place outbound calls to customers to confirm upcoming gifting needs and obtain missing information.
  • Create invoices and enter customer orders into internal systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Concierge Team Lead to communicate progress and ensure timely order completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications regarding order details and customer requests.
  • Track customer interactions, account activity, and updates within Salesforce and CCS, when applicable.
  • Meet and exceed productivity goals while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment skills assessments, classroom training, and meet all established performance expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to enthusiastically promote products and services when appropriate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
