Job Summary:
Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI banker, aiming to empower finance professionals with AI that delivers speed, accuracy, and insight. The Design Engineer will own the design system and collaborate with engineering to enhance the product experience, ensuring it is beautifully designed and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
• Be the Polish Czar at Rogo - add the last mile details that make Rogo feel like a unified, beautiful experience
• Own the design system and collaborate closely with design & engineering in Figma and Code to maintain and constantly improve it.
• Concept and implement moments of delight across the web & product experience
• Continue to build on the high quality, high craft culture at Rogo
Qualifications:
Required:
• You are a strong frontend engineer with a strong eye for design, are proficient in React / NextJS, and design/animation libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP or other.
• You excel at building browser-native, robust, DOM-compliant React components, taking into account accessibility, reusability, cross-platform considerations.
• You are comfortable in Figma, especially creating useful, code-compatible design systems.
• You understand how to build polished, composable design system components in a scalable, easy-to-maintain way.
• You have a portfolio showcasing a variety of compelling web / engineering projects that demonstrate a strong eye for polish, craft, and attention to detail.
• You can think creatively about Rogo’s product experience and bringing delight to our users.
