- Install, configure, program, commission, test, and optimize building automation and control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment or system issues before they result in customer downtime.
- Troubleshoot and support HVAC controls, BAS, sensors, controllers, actuators, valves, VFDs, communication networks, and related field devices.
- Support fire alarm and access control system troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and service activities as required.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control drawings, sequences of operation, and technical specifications.

- Work independently to plan and execute assigned service activities while maintaining productivity and service quality.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to Field Service Technicians and other team members on complex service issues.
- Partner with customers, contractors, project managers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clearly communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, technical findings, and corrective actions to customers.
- Support system upgrades, retrofits, replacements, and modernization projects.
- Assist with commissioning and startup activities for new and upgraded systems.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, additional repairs, upgrades, and service work.
- Complete service reports, work orders, time entries, material documentation, and other required service records accurately and timely.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Honeywell policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, professionalism, safety, and quality.
