Job description

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will excel in configuring and testing complex building control systems to meet contract specifications. Your expertise should extend to developing and testing essential software programs, as well as handling the loading and commissioning of controllers across system and network levels. Your role will involve validating system functionality, troubleshooting issues for peak performance, and collaborating closely with project management and engineering teams. You'll also contribute to creating as-built drawings and software while delivering tailored training to owners or operators on the complete building control system.
Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is $25.05 - $39.37 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
Work Experience
  • Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum (1) year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, Space Logic, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
  • Two (2) years experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e LON, BacNet, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers regarding inspection and service findings.
