  • Create and deliver professional presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and interior selections to internal teams.
  • Select, purchase, and coordinate the inventory needed for budgeted model home designs in collaboration with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Develop installation plans and oversee model home installation execution, providing creative direction for merchandising, artwork, accessories, and styling to create cohesive, brand-aligned, market-ready interiors.
  • Research current design trends, materials, furnishings, and finishes to support innovative yet market-appropriate model home designs.
  • Build a working knowledge of floor plans, structural options, interior selections, and design standards to ensure consistency across communities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with presenting design concepts, offering informed feedback, and participating in cross functional team meetings.
  • Ability to create a cohesive interior design concept, with a strong understanding of both foundational design elements and finishing touches such as furnishings, artwork and drapery.
