DescriptionWe build fast, we build right, and we need a field leader who can own a job site from day one. If you've got the instincts to walk onto a site and immediately bring order, the leadership to move a crew forward, and the drive to keep improving, Axe Builders may be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Axe Builders is a rapidly growing construction company scaling across Philadelphia. We're not looking for someone to punch a clock; we want a builder who takes ownership, drives results, and grows with us. This is a chance to join at the right moment: big enough to offer real resources and projects, small enough that your impact is immediately felt.
In this role, you'll run day-to-day field operations across active Philadelphia job sites, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep work sequenced and moving. You'll enforce safety standards and quality expectations without compromise, track schedules and budgets, and surface issues before they become problems.
The right person for this role has three to five years of experience managing construction sites or projects and leads naturally. Crews follow you because you've earned it. You're sharp on schedules and scopes, comfortable holding subcontractors accountable, and able to communicate clearly with owners, project managers, and tradespeople alike. You stay calm under pressure, make decisions when it counts, and you're still hungry to grow.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
