Job description

Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Multiteria product line. This role will manage project workflows from engineering release through production and delivery while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong communicator, and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring schedules, documentation, and production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and organize after-build documentation and photos
  • Complete check-off sheets and shipping information
  • Validate engineering releases
  • Provide warranty support coordination
  • Plan and schedule installations
  • Manage capacity planning with customers
  • Follow up with vendors and purchase orders
  • Maintain capacity planning and master production planning
  • Serve as Schedule Auditor, tracking late or delayed projects
  • Host weekly schedule meetings with production and project teams
  • Prepare pipeline and capacity reports
  • Report production output metrics
  • Provide design change feedback to the engineering team
  • Serve as backup support for order entry and release processes
