Job description

At Reliance Build, Inc., client satisfaction is our measure of success. We don’t leave our clients’ satisfaction to chance. Through innovative business practices, and attention to detail and communication, RBI delivers a quality product, on time and within budget. RBI has invested in tools and the latest technologies to manage data, shorten production schedules and communicate with our customers. The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Position performs a variety of clerical functions in support of the project manager team and other office personnel.
  • Contracts for owners or purchase orders, subcontract agreements, change orders and misc. contract duties.
  • Assist in the completion of LEED project requirements.
  • Assist and monitor Davis Bacon contracts and Certified Payroll if needed.
  • Sets up new vendors/subcontractors in system, entering appropriate data as per established procedures.
  • Need to understand spec book, close out requirements, help assemble subcontractor warranties, operation manuals, submittals, redline drawings, permits and final inspections.
  • Close out project files and arrange canceled files in boxes for permanent storage and retention.
  • Process address changes of clients and subcontractors in compliance with established procedures.
  • Scanning and printing of project plans for PM's and vendors

Skills/ Requirements

  • High school diploma with 4 years general office experience.
  • Strong computer skills (At least 60 words/minute)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in ProCor.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of appropriate business etiquette.
  • Demeanor consistent with professional behavior and business communications

Salary: $60 - $85,000.00 /year

Required Education and Experience:

  • Commercial Construction / LEED Project Experience: 2 years
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, high school diploma required with 5 years general office experience.
