Position Overview

We are looking for an energeticFieldSales Account Executive, who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, to help us increase sales and address customer needs within a specific territory. You will act as the key link between the Homes.com sales team and real estate agents as you aim to generate excitement andinterest around theHomes.com products.


As aFieldSales Account Executive, your goalis to increase the visibility and awareness of the Homes.com membership product and maximize sales growth. To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding communication and presentation skills.Ultimately, youwill help us grow our customer base andestablishour reputation in your assigned territory.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with real estate agents via in-office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events with an outgoing and professional manner to answer questions, provide product information, anddemonstrateproducts
  • Generateexcitement and interest in the Homes.com products,developeffective customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Provide product information and deliver educational material, complete demonstrations of the product and benefits of becoming a Homes.com member
  • Build a pipeline ofbusiness, repeat opportunities
  • Accuratelyforecast weekly, monthly sales pipeline
  • Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers, via both on-site presentations and web presentations,asrequired
  • Report to Sales Manager with sales progress andpipeline
  • Attend sales meetings, conferencecallsand training sessions to stay abreast of new product features and benefits and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Build positive trusting relationships with real estate agents to influence theclose of sales deals
  • Travel: 80% within your local territory

  • Proficiencyin MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Gong)
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently
  • Candidates mustpossessa current and valid driver's license
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role with fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
