Job Summary

 

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior National Account Manager partner and scale the online business for Delaney, Callan, and Bravura across key marketplace and retailer.com channels, including Amazon, Home Depot (THD), Lowe’s, and Build.com. This role will assist with the digital revenue strategy and execution, driving growth, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing performance across all platforms. The Senior National Account Manager will serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with the VP/GM to accelerate growth in the rapidly evolving digital and omnichannel landscape.

Essential Job Functions*

 

1. Channel Ownership & Growth Strategy

  • Own P&L and revenue performance across Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Build.com, and other retailer.com platforms
  • Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies aligned to Delaney, Callan, and Bravura
  • Lead platform roadmap including assortment, content, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Drive annual planning, forecasting, and delivery of sales, margin, and market share targets

2. Marketplace & Retailer Account Leadership

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central) and key retail portals
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchant teams and platform partners
  • Execute pricing, promotions, and retailer-specific programs while ensuring compliance

3. Digital Shelf & Content Optimization

  • Lead digital shelf strategy to improve search, traffic, and conversion
  • Ensure best-in-class PDPs, A+ content, and consistent brand storytelling
  • Partner cross-functionally to align content with brand positioning

4. Retail Media & Performance Marketing

  • Own retail media strategy (Amazon Ads, Home Depot, Lowe’s)
  • Optimize spend to drive ROAS, traffic, and conversion
  • Manage agencies, budgets, and performance tracking

5. Analytics & Performance Management

  • Track and report on KPIs: revenue, margin, traffic, conversion, AOV
  • Deliver regular business reviews and actionable insights
  • Drive continuous optimization across all platforms

6. Inventory & Operations

  • Partner with supply chain to ensure in-stock rates, accurate listings, and fulfillment execution
  • Minimize out-of-stocks and operational inefficiencies

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align strategy
  • Manage agency and partner relationships while advising leadership on digital strategy

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of e-commerce, marketplace, or digital commerce experience
  • Proven success managing Amazon + major home improvement retailer.com channels (i.e. THD, Lowe’s, Build.com)
  • Strong track record of owning P&L and driving revenue growth
  • Understanding of:
    • Marketplace algorithms and retailer ecosystems
    • Retail media and performance marketing
    • Digital shelf optimization and content strategy

 

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience in hardware, building products, or home improvement categories
  • Familiarity with locksets, door hardware, or adjacent categories (preferred for faster impact)
  • Experience in drop-ship / omnichannel retail models
  • Exposure to tools such as Salsify, PIM platforms, or retailer systems
