Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Manager โ€“ Strategic Accounts to help drive growth across our expanding portfolio of licensed brandsโ€”including LEGO, John Deere, Smokey Bear, and Tetris. Our product categories include backpacks, lunch bags, luggage, storage solutions, and other carry accessories.
This mid-level role is ideal for a sales professional with strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, an understanding of wholesale selling, and a passion for licensed consumer products. Youโ€™ll be responsible for acquiring and managing key customer accounts and sales, leading seasonal sales initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales across new and existing licensed brands and merchandise categories.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans for key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Manage pre-book orders, seasonal product launches, and promotional sales events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular business reviews and account planning sessions.
  • Identify and capture new distribution opportunities and negotiate terms with potential wholesale and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance against projections and adjust plans based on market trends and results.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchase orders.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings, including events like Toy Fair.
  • Partner with internal teams on strategic special projects to support sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, inventory, and finance teams to develop campaigns, ensure profitability, and maintain efficient inventory flow.
Qualifications:
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or licensed products. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with sales tracking tools, CRM systems, and forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings.
