Leasing Consultant (Contract Opportunity)
Portland Metro Area | $24-$26/hr
1-2 Month Contract.
We're partnering with a residential property management organization seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents
  • Conduct property and unit tours, highlighting community features and amenities
  • Respond to leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, and email
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and screening process
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address resident inquiries
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, perform unit inspections, and maintain documentation
  • Support day-to-day property operations and uphold community presentation standards
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or related customer-facing experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Fair Housing training (proof of completion required)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable traveling between properties, driving as needed, and tracking mileage
  • Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
